In order to best serve you we have created an extensive database of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and developed an easy-to-use "Knowledgebase". The Web 3.0 Knowledgebase allows you to find answers to nearly every question or problem you will encounter. It is designed to make your customer service experience as painless as possible by letting you find solutions by category or by using the search feature. We ask that you please use the Knowledgebase first and then submit a ticket if your issue not resolved.
